Are you someone who loves driving, takes pride in excellent customer service, and enjoys being part of a dynamic team? We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Collection and Delivery Driver to represent our brand while collecting and delivering customer and courtesy vehicles.
What’s the role all about?
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. Whether you’re delivering a repaired vehicle or picking up a car for service, you’ll make every journey count.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and deliver customer vehicles with care and professionalism
- Complete all paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Take payments for excess charges where required
- Conduct basic courtesy car checks (lights, fluid levels, etc.)
- Move vehicles safely around the site
- Ensure a smooth handover to reception or directly to the customer
- Check vehicles in and document any damage through videos/images
- Work closely with other departments to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Report any issues promptly to the Workshop Controller
What we’re looking for:
- A full, clean UK driving licence
- A friendly and professional approach with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes
- Reliability, punctuality, and a can-do attitude
